SYDENHAM MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONUNDERTAKING I, _________________________________________________, student of the MMS / PGDBM batch of 2016-18, SIMSREE, solemnly undertake that: 1. I shall abide by all the rules and regulations which are in force in the college. 2. I shall pay the tuition fees and other fees, and monetary fines imposed by the SMA without fail within the stipulated time. I shall reimburse the cost of the college equipment in all cases of breakage and/or damage caused to the equipment. 3. I shall attend all classes (including guest lectures and events) punctually and regularly in specified dress code, putting a minimum of 75% attendance. I understand that no proxies shall be tolerated. 4. I understand that I am under constant surveillance of the CCTV cameras on campus. 5. I shall not involve myself in any allegations which will affect the goodwill of the institution or the management. 6. I shall at all times adhere to the prescribed SMA Guidelines. 7. I agree to abide by & obey the rules and regulations declared from time to time by the SMA & the Director. 8. I shall not violate any rules and regulations or misbehave with anybody during lectures or otherwise on campus. 9. I understand that the Director of the Institute holds the final authority. 10. I understand that if I do not follow the above, suitable action will be initiated against me which include but is not restricted to being barred from appearing from Semester exams.
