can we use gel pens for writing..? actually the internal examiner during the practicals said that we must use a ball pen ly to fill in the details on the micr sheet the rest can be written using any other pen.....so i just wanted to confirm...

Actually is there any need of learning the formats and techniques needed to write Sop, Testimonals etc. ? I thought that we only had to learn how to write a newspaper report and proposal...
