Unit-3: Thermal methods Theory, methodology and applications of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal stability of covalent and non-covalent bonds, thermal degradation, single crystal phase transformation, thermochemiluminescence, thermometric titration, solid state reaction kinetics.
