1. object:it is an entity having a certain identity, behavour and characteristics. it is an instance of class, and a user defined data type.
2.class:it is an object factory. it contains all statements required to make an object but does not take up memory. its consists of data members and member methods. class is the basis of all computation in java.
3.abstraction: it is the method of showing only the relevant details and hiding the backgroud processes. its a fundemental feature of oops languages.
4.encapsulation: its is the method of binding data members and member methods into a single object. it goes hand in hand with abstraction.
5.modularity- it is a process of dividing the programs into subprograms(modules) for easier editing, maintainance etc. java implements modularity through functions/methods.
6.Information hiding- same as abstraction
7.Literal- a data value which is constant and cannot be changed
